The Fairhope Civic Center, located inside the Fairhope Municipal Complex at 161 N. Section Street, serves as the  Fairhope community’s fundamental gathering space, centrally located in the heart of downtown, and convenient to all the city’s major points of interest.

A spacious, multi-functional facility, the Civic Center offers private meeting rooms and banquet space – the perfect setting for social, civic, or business gatherings. Whether you’re planning a performing arts program in the Main Auditorium, or a professional business meeting in the Delchamps Suite, the Fairhope Civic Center can meet the needs of almost any size organization or group.

Auditorium
The Main Auditorium is the center’s largest room (+7,200 sq. ft) and it will accommodate gatherings of up to 350 seated banquet-style, or 900 theater-style seats.  The room is best utilized for weddings & receptions, performing arts shows, large meetings, conventions, and dances.

Rental Fee: $585 per day, $50.00 per hour after 5 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends 

Lobby
At 1,740 sq. ft., the Lobby is an ideal gathering space when used in conjunction with the Main Auditorium, or the Council Chamber: a spacious vestibule that allows for overflow, refreshment, or decorative space which will greet the attendees as they arrive.

Rental Fee: $150.00 per day during normal business hours

Delchamps Room 1
The Delchamps Room is a perfect room for average size meetings; the room has over 600 sq. ft. of space and will accommodate up to 60 people.

Rental Fee: $125.00 per day during regular business hours

Delchamps Room 2
If you’re looking for a room that will hold 20 people, this suite would suit your needs. At over 300 sq. ft. of space, it will seat a dozen or so for smaller meetings.

Rental Fee: $75.00 per day during regular business hours

Council Chambers
The Civic Center’s Council Chambers is also available for rental. This single room comes with 128 fixed, cushioned folding seats (theater style), as well as A/V capability upon request. The Council Chambers is reserved for regularly-scheduled, governmental meetings, but may be available on other dates – please call for availability.

Rental Fee: $125.00 per day during normal business hours

Storeroom
To meet the needs of our growing community, the Storeroom is now available for rental. Located off-stage Right, it is best utilized for theatrical events, fashion shows, and musicals that require additional space for costume, scenery, etc. (dimensions: approx. 40’ x 40’)

Rental Fee: $150.00 per day during normal business hours

Tables & chairs are provided with a one-time setup to the renter’s specifications; extra setup fees will apply for any changes made to the event setup, before or during the event. Outside catering and vendors are always welcome, so long as they provide a copy of their Business License and Health Department Permit.
