The City of Fairhope Announces the 2024 Fairhopers of the Year

Catherine King has been named the 2024 Fairhopers of the Year. Catherine has made tremendous contributions to the city through her time volunteering with the Fairhope Museum of History and the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation.

The City of Fairhope Receives $3 Million in Federal Funding for H. L. Sonny Callahan Airport in the Consolidated Appropriations Act Of 2024

The federal funding will come from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and has been designated to the H.L. Sonny Callahan Airport. These funds will be strategically invested in street, water, and sewer improvements on light industrial land adjacent to the airport.
