  • Location: Fairhope Museum of History

The Fairhope Museum of History will host “Tea for Two” on July 7 at 2:00 p.m. The speaker will be Donnie Barrett.  Each Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m., the Museum hosts a 'tea' where guests enjoy a cup of delicious Baldwin County tea, cookies and a lecture on an interesting aspect of Fairhope history. These very popular afternoon events are sponsored by the Friends of the Museum group.

The schedule for July is as follows: July 14, Chef Jule Roach, owner of Frenchman’s Corner of Fairhope, a shop in the French Quarter that offers chocolate, fudge, and other sweet treats. July 21, Teresa Thorne, author of “Angels at the Gate”, will tell tales of ancient cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and if they ever existed. July 28, Hank Burch, Director of Five Rivers Delta Center, he will talk about what is happening at the nature center. The Fairhope Museum of History invites everyone to attend for colorful, interesting and entertaining afternoons at the museum.
