The Nix Center will host a Volunteer Fair on Tuesday, January 27 from 1:00-3:00 p.m.   With the New Year upon us, now if the perfect time to get involved and give back to your community.  Local groups are looking for all types of volunteers with many different talents to offer. 

Local organizations who are in need of  volunteers will have booths setup with information about their group and what kind of volunteer they are looking for.  You can sign up to volunteer at the fair or take home information to make sure you find the right fit.

There is such a diverse group of organizations looking for volunteers.  Visit booths from The Haven, Covenant Hospice, SELF, Thomas Hospital Auxiliary, Mercy Medical, Shepherd’s Place, Legal Services of Alabama, Aging in Alabama, The City of Fairhope and many more!
