What you and your family members need to know about the types of services offered by assisted living, Alzheimer’s/memory care, adult day respite, skilled nursing/nursing home and hospice care providers.
Dr. Henry Davis will present information on the criteria physicians consider when evaluating senior patients for specialized care.
Local organizations will provide specifics on the types of services provided for seniors:
Assisted Living – The Blake at Malbis
Memory Care – The Blake at Malbis
Adult Day Respite – Shepherd’s Place
Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home – Fairhope Health and Rehab
Hospice – Covenant Hospice
A SHIP representative will be available to answer Medicare questions.
An AL Department of Veterans Affairs representative will be available to answer VA benefit questions.
Beltone will provide free hearing screenings.
